Nedap LoXS enables hospitals to reserve less space for lockers, while employees are able to store their belongings securely.

Assigning every employee a separate locker takes a lot of space and is often unnecessary, because not everyone is present every day. With dynamic use, hospitals can significantly reduce the number of lockers. You decide who is assigned a permanent locker or a short-term locker. Short-term lockers become available as soon as the employee who was using it removes their belongings. You can ensure that employees cannot continue using short-term lockers longer than permitted, by releasing the lock after a certain amount of time for example. This guarantees optimal utilisation of the lockers.

Using the lockers is simple. A red/green LED shows at a glance which lockers are available. Employees lock their locker by simply holding their access card in front of the door. This makes waiting in line or the need to walk to a central card reader a thing of the past.

The management software gives you detailed control over the lockers so you can configure them to meet your organisation's needs. You can do so via your smartphone or tablet computer or the web browser on a PC. You can even schedule cleaning of the lockers. Our software can be linked or even fully integrated into your access control system.
